Our Mission
We know how much time and effort goes into keeping small-animal cages clean, washing bedding, sanitizing toys, and restocking supplies. Our mission is to take care of the cleaning so you can spend more time cuddling and enjoying your pets and less time on the mess.
Why us?Many pet services focus on dogs and cats and only do small animals as an extra. We specialize in small animals — guinea pigs, rabbits, rats, mice, and chinchillas. Every cage gets gentle, species-specific care, so your pets stay happy, healthy, and comfortable, while you enjoy peace of mind.
What animals do you service? We specialize in cage cleaning for guinea pigs, rabbits, rats, mice, and chinchillas. Birds and reptiles may be added as a service in the future. Please check back periodically to see if these services have been added.
How long does a cleaning take? Most cleanings take 1–3 hours, depending on the number of cages, cage size, and level of cleanliness.
Will my pet need to be removed during cleaning?Yes. For safety and comfort, pets should be temporarily secured in a safe enclosure during the cleaning process. If you will not be home, please reach out to discuss details of entry, access and where your pet needs to be moved to during the cleaning.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies? No. All cleaning tools and products are provided. All cleanings use non-toxic, small-animal-safe products and avoid harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia. Every habitat is cleaned with species-appropriate methods, and gloves and protective equipment are used to prevent cross-contamination. Cages and accessories are sanitized safely, and habitats are left dry and well-ventilated before your pets return. Clients may request the use of their own supplies if preferred.
Do you mix bedding from different cages in the same load? No, for those scheduled for recurring services (weekly or biweekly) laundry service is included, and your pets items will all be washed separately from other clients. Items from different cages will also be washed separately. Please note: If any fabric items have too much waste on them to be laundered, we will replace the item during that service. The item will not be discarded without approval from you.
Are you insured?Yes. We carry appropriate business coverage for peace of mind and professionalism.
